The Easy Recipes for Ground Beef website came about for several reasons. We love to eat, but we don’t like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We’re also pretty frugal when it comes to the food budget. Over the years we have invented a lot of recipes that start with a pound of ground beef, are pretty quick cooking, are impressive enough to serve guests in a pinch, and most of them also have a nutritional twist, so you don’t have to feel guilty about eating “fast” food.

Our preference would be to use extra lean ground beef, or even ground buffalo meat if you should be fortunate to have it readily available.
